Description

Complete circuit through Buții Gorges with two spectacular peaks and authentic mountain refuge. Perfect combination of valley hiking, alpine ridge and cultural discovery.

Route Details

Buții Gorges → forest and meadows → Buta Cabin (refuge and camping) → Stâna Scorota → cross stream → scree and pines to Șaua Iepii → Piule Peak (2081m) → panoramic ridge → Pleșa Peak (1840m) → forest descent → Dâlma Mare Skete → start.
