Can I book only a few nights?
Over the holidays the cabins are booked only as the 4-night package, to keep the calm pace and the shared meals.
Can we bring children?
The packages are made for couples, and New Year's Eve is adults only. For 1 December or Christmas with your family, write to us and we will find the right option together.
How do I pay?
The booking is confirmed with a 50% advance paid online by card. The rest is due one week before arrival: 1 December by Friday 20 November, Christmas by Thursday 17 December, New Year's Eve by Tuesday 22 December. If you book less than a week before, you pay everything when booking.
Why do room prices differ?
Rooms come in three categories. Standard is the base price. Premium (the Carpatia villa rooms and the Nisipoasa cabin) costs 100 lei more per person, and Compact (Zeicu and Burnei, the smaller cabins) 100 lei less. Meals and facilities are the same.
How does the launch price work?
The first 5 rooms booked in each package get the launch price, during the first 72 hours after bookings open. Once those 5 rooms are taken or the 72 hours pass, the regular price applies. The discount is the same in every category.
What is not included?
Alcoholic drinks and anything ordered outside the meals are paid separately.
