1.1. All reservations must be confirmed via email or phone.
1.2. A deposit of 30% of the total booking value is required to confirm the reservation.
1.3. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival or within 48 hours before check-in.
1.4. Reservations are considered final only after deposit payment confirmation.
2.1. Check-in: 14:00 - 20:00
2.2. Check-out: 08:00 - 12:00
2.3. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
2.4. Guests must present a valid ID document at check-in.
14-Day Consumer Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Romanian consumer protection law (OUG 34/2014), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, starting from the day after booking confirmation.
To exercise your right of withdrawal: Contact us at rezervari@carpatiaretezat.ro within the 14-day period. You will receive a full refund within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.
Important exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply if the check-in date falls within the 14-day withdrawal period and you expressly agree to begin the service before the end of this period.
3.1.1. Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival: full refund.
3.1.2. Cancellations made 3-7 days before arrival: 50% refund.
3.1.3. Cancellations made less than 3 days before arrival: no refund.
3.1.4. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
4.1. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents.
4.2. Smoking is prohibited inside cabins. A fine of 500 RON will be charged for violations.
4.3. Pets are allowed only with prior approval and a daily fee of 50 RON.
4.4. Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times.
4.5. Quiet hours: 22:00 - 08:00
5.1. Carpatia Retezat is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings.
5.2. Guests participate in outdoor activities at their own risk.
5.3. We recommend appropriate travel and health insurance.
6.1. In case of extreme weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events, we reserve the right to cancel bookings with full refund.
7.1. Guest data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations.
7.2. Data is used only for booking management and legal requirements.
